We understand that life happens and plans can change in an instant. That's why Gametime leads the pack with our unmatched 24-Hour Return policy, a special perk just for our fans. Not only do you get the freedom to rethink your plans, but you also enjoy the ultimate flexibility. Return your tickets within 24 hours of purchase for a full credit to your Gametime account. This credit is good for two years, giving you ample time to pick your next big event.
While we are as flexible as humanly possible, your event must be at least 72 hours away, and post-season special events and orders of 7 or more tickets are locked in and are final sale.

Job Loss Assurance
Should the unexpected happen and you find yourself without a job, Gametime has your back. Simply send us a current unemployment claim dated after your ticket purchase to support@gametime.co, and we'll sort you out with a return for your original purchase value. Just remember, we can only accept valid state or federal unemployment forms as proof of job loss.
If a claim is validated, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the purchase. A job loss claim must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event start date. It is at Gametime’s sole discretion if a claim is determined to be valid.
On-Time Ticket Delivery
